By using Nuo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

Nuo is a personal productivity application that lets you create notes, manage tasks, and sync with Google Calendar. The service is provided free of charge.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in Nuo (pages, tasks, notes). We do not claim any rights to your content. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use the service for any illegal purpose.

Availability

We aim to keep Nuo available at all times but make no guarantees of uptime. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or updates.

Limitation of Liability

Nuo is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any data loss or damages arising from the use of the service. Please maintain your own backups using the export feature.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
